Terms of Service:

• Please read and review carefully! •• What I will NOT accept:
° Furry or anthro
° Gore
° Nsfw
° Mecha
Keep in mind this list is subject to change. But as for now, I do not feel confident in my ability to draw these! If you'd still like me to try, I am more than welcome to the challenge. This'll be a case by case basis.01 - Wait time:
• 1 week to 1 month. (depending on complexity, health, work schedule, and just general real-life madness.)
• This wait time may vary depending on the time of year. If your commission may be delayed longer for any reason, you will be notified immediately.02 - Commission use:
• Personal use only. This includes, but is not limited to, prints for personal use, stickers, and clothes for personal use. If you are uncertain if something falls under this, please don't be afraid to ask!
• If needed for commercial (merch, stickers to sell, book/magazine cover, ect.) we will discuss proper details and pricing.
• You may post the artwork, but only the watermarked version, and you must give proper credit. (As in linking back to my socials, or tagging me in the post. This is non-negotiable.)03 - Payment:
• Payment will either be made through Ko-fi or PayPal.
• Payment can be made either 100% upfront, or split 50-50 (one half after sketch approval, the other half after final approval, but before the final and high-resolution file.) If desiring a 50-50, please notify me at any of my contacts.
• (If PayPal) Do not send me money of any sort for your commission before I send the invoice.04 - Refund policy:
• If no work is done, you will receive a full refund. If work has begun, the refund amount will depend on the issue and the current stage of the commission.
• This refund will vary from 25-50%, depending on circumstances. You will then receive the work as is.
• Upon cancellation on the artist's (my) side, a full refund will be issued.05 - Revisions:
• You are allowed three revisions within the price. Every revision beyond is an extra fee, which will be decided and discussed upon depending on the circumstances for the revision, along with its complexity.06 - Copyright:
• I, Lunarsong,
° I reserve the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason. A full refund will be issued if payment has been made.
° I retain all copyrights for the commissioned artwork.
° I will NOT claim the Intellectual Property (IP) of the commissioned artwork. (Your characters are still yours)
° I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork on my socials, portfolio, or any future publications, unless specifically asked to not do so by you (the customer.)• The following is considered copyright infringement:
° Reproducing/reusing the copyrighted artwork commercially - meaning making money off of it in any way not excluded from these terms:
° Claiming the artwork as your own
° Altering the artwork without my consent• In some cases, the commercial rights for the commissioned artwork may be purchased.
